I heard, from my sister and from Instagram, that this week is National Popsicle Week! Since it's been pretty hot here in NYC I thought it would be a good idea to make some refreshing but healthy popsicles to celebrate the summer! When I got back from the gym this morning, I had my usual fruit smoothie and decided to make a bit extra to turn into popsicles for the weekend. I basically just threw a bunch of frozen fruit into the blender and then added some almond milk and blended it all up! Then I poured the smoothie into the individual popsicle holders, added popsicle sticks, and stuck them in the freezer for a few hours.
Voila, healthy and refreshing summer treats!
