Yesterday was the first really hot day of the year, I was NOT prepared and wore long pants to my internship, whoops! This morning I decided to skip my normal Thursday morning spinning to go for a power walk in the heat with one of my best friends. I came back super sweaty and obviously wanting something cold to drink so I whipped up this quick but delicious smoothie!
Here's how to make it:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup cranberry juice
3/4 cup almond milk
1 container (a small one ) of vanilla greek yogurt
A few scoops of ice
Then blend it all together and enjoy! Having something refreshing to drink on a hot day can make all the difference!
