Although I am done with Whole30, I am still trying to eat healthy. I'm mostly eating the foods that I enjoyed while on Whole30 and adding in some other treats every once in a while. A few weeks ago I discovered coconut cream! It is seriously amazing. I've been eating it as a special treat (it is very high in calories) every once in a while. It is seriously just as satisfying to me as ice cream is! My sister (check out her blog) came home this weekend and I convinced her to try the coconut cream with me! We loaded it up with some fruit and granola. It was delicious as usual!
