PB & J Smoothie

IMG_0538.JPG This week, I thought I would try another new smoothie recipe. I think this one is my favorite so far! I call it a PB & J Smoothie but it's actually made with cashew butter.

Here's how I made it:

1 banana

2 tablespoons cashew butter

A few handfuls of blueberries

1 scoop ground flax seed

1 cup cashew milk

A few ice cubes

Blend together and enjoy! I will definitely be having this one on repeat!
