Fruit Smoothie

VSCO Cam-1 2.jpg I am currently on day 12 of Whole 30 and since I've been eating so many veggies lately, I thought I would treat myself this morning to a nice fruit smoothie even though, as I said before, they're not recommended to have a lot on Whole 30, but every once in a while I think I deserve one!

Here's how you make it:

1 Banana

1 Cup of fresh strawberries and mango

1 Scoop ground flax seeds

1 Cup of unsweetened Cashew milk

A few ice cubes

Then blend it up! This one is super easy to make, its a quick and delicious breakfast. If I weren't on Whole 30 I probably would have added some vanilla protein powder to it as well. So, whatever your dietary needs are, you can make whatever alterations you like!
