I am so excited that it's finally December (although it seems like the past few months have flown by too quickly!). I am ten days away from being finished with my first semester of graduate school! I hope to be able to do a lot of posts over my break, it's been really tough to keep up with posting and doing fun stuff to post about while I've been working so hard on my schoolwork. Since my whole family was home this past Saturday, we decided to get our Christmas tree. We used to go out to Canton and go into the woods and actually cut the tree down but we've grown lazy and now we get a tree from a local place that already has them cut down. Picking out a tree is always fun, I can't say I have that much of an opinion about what it should look like as long as its a nice full tree!
Decorating is fun with the whole family. The best part about having a tree are the twinkle lights! I am literally obsessed with twinkle lights (if you couldn't tell from my Advent Calendar post). They're just so cozy and look cute and festive even from outside the house. This year, I documented our tree trimming process and some of my favorite ornaments as well.
It turned out so well! Can't wait to enjoy the next month with this beauty!
